This six-week course uses structured narrative writing techniques to help clinicians strengthen ethical reasoning and build sustainable, burnout-resistant practice habits. Each week pairs a guided reflective writing prompt with a short educational component on a specific ethical or professional-wellness theme Including: boundaries, dual relationships, informed consent, compassion fatigue, moral distress, and self-of-the-therapist work. Guided reflection is followed by facilitated group discussion. Participants leave with a personal writing practice they can sustain beyond the course, along with practical frameworks for navigating ethical gray areas and protecting their own capacity for care.
